How do I get the FREE gift?
Create a profile, click on the "Survey" button, and take a few minutes to complete.
When will I get my gift?
Your FREE gift should arrive 3 – 5 weeks after the date you complete the survey. If you have any questions about the sweepstakes or survey

How do I know if I won the sweepstakes?
A representative of the Sweepstakes Administrator will attempt to contact potential Prize Winner by mail, telephone, e-mail or text message after the
drawing.
